Each Luxury Suite at Baines’ Lodge is elevated on stilts with sweeping views of the Okavango Delta's floodplains and water channels. Designed for romantic immersion in nature, each suite features a four-poster bed with the signature option to roll it out onto a private "star-bed" deck — allowing guests to sleep under the stars in open sky luxury. The suite includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with indoor shower and outdoor bath, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, and a private veranda. With only six suites in total, the experience is personal, secluded, and unforgettable — perfect for couples and honeymooners seeking privacy and wild beauty.

NEAREST AIRPORT
Maun International Airport (MUB)
The standard route is to fly into Maun (MUB). From Maun, guests will take a scheduled light aircraft transfer to the lodge’s private airstrip in the concession (operator arranges this). Total distance from Maun is by air (usually 30–60 minutes, depending on routing). Use Maun as your springboard — road access is impractical for this remote location.

These months coincide with the dry season in Botswana and the heart of the flood period in the Delta — which means optimal visibility, active wildlife congregating around permanent water, easier navigation on waterways, and lower mosquito activity.
